Based in Nottingham the company operates throughout the UK and offers a client focused, professional and reliable service. We are committed to delivering cost assured projects that exceed expectation, leaving a lasting and beneficial legacy for all concerned.

We have set out our vision to achieve sustainable growth through the application of ethical, green, and responsible conduct, promoting honesty and integrity as a core business value.

As part of our evolution, we have set ourselves several targets to achieve. We have already implemented our target quality plan and are currently working towards third part accreditation including ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environment and OHSAS 18001 for Health & Safety. Mortimer Projects is also working towards becoming a ‘Carbon Neutral’ business by 2030

The company was set-up by our founder Tim White and introduced to expand the services offered to meet customer demand and expectations by the Mortimer Group, to complement our consultancy services provided by MortimerQS who have been providing construction cost consultancy and project management services since 2007.
